In 2021, Kushner secured a $2 billion anchor investment from the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF). In October 2026, disclosures alleged a separate $1 billion personal-use transfer from Saudi/UAE sources routed through the Bank of Israel. Tier 3: The Intermediary.
