Whereas, an October 2023 news report from 'The Times Of Israel' describes a history of Netanyahu funding Palestine against itself; directly funding para-military factions to prevent Palestinian Government President Abbas from stabilizing Palestine, "or anyone else in the Palestinian Authority’s West Bank government — from advancing toward the establishment of a Palestinian state.
